2. How long does it take for orders to process?

Orders typically process within 1-2 business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. Pre Order Sales are typically a 6-8 week processing time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. What's the best way to take care of my bag?

We suggest you take care of #TheImpressiveBag just like you would any luxury items you have. Store in dust bags or box when not being used. Keep out of excessive direct sunlight. To keep clean you can use a damp cloth. Treat your bag right!!!

4. What are your shipping options?

We offer a variety of shipping options to choose from. The available options and their associated costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are based on the shipping option you choose and the destination of your order.
