What is your return policy?

Every Impressive Bag is final sale.

We take pride in our craft, and your bag is inspected before it ships. If for any reason your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.

We don’t offer refunds — but we do guarantee that what you receive is truly Impressive.

What do I do if my package is lost?

The Impressive Bag is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery address. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Can I update my shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

What happens if my package is returned ?

Packages returned due to refusal or failure to collect are not eligible for refund. Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
