At The Impressive Bag, each piece is thoughtfully curated and quality-checked before it reaches you. Due to the limited nature of our collections and for hygiene and handling purposes, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns for preference, or exchanges.


Quality Guarantee

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item, subject to availability, at no additional cost. 

What Qualifies as a Defect

A defect may include:
    •    Broken hardware upon arrival
    •    Torn seams or straps
    •    Non-functioning closures
    •    Damage caused before delivery

The following are not considered defects:
    •    Normal variations in color or texture
    •    Minor creasing from shipping
    •    Slight size differences
    •    Wear caused after use

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order, you agree to our policies. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us may result in account restrictions and forfeiture of replacement eligibility.
